Jes Parker Events & Celebrations (JPE) came to be after Jes left the event planning and catering world in NYC to settle in Fairfield County, Connecticut and start a family. After having two children in the span of 16 months, as soon as they were ready to get moving she was ready to begin getting back to work, but this time with a focus on crafty kids parties, elegant entertaining, and weddings, bar/bat mitzvahs and other family based social events. In order to offer clients the most, she also taught herself graphic design and got crafty in and out of the kitchen and began offering custom invitations, thank you notes, banners, favor tags, cake pops, specialty rice Krispy Treats and more.  This also lead to the opening of an Etsy shop full of designs for clients to choose from.

​Years spent working in NYC with many of the premier event locations and caterers taught her the ins and outs of what make an event truly great. A focus on making sure the guests are comfortable and entertained while the host is also able to let go and enjoy the event are key in the events JPE plans. And we especially like to give the guests wow! moments throughout with design elements, tasty food and drink, and thoughtful planning.
